Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager to lead and oversee the overall operations, business development, and strategic planning of our firm. This pivotal leadership role demands a dynamic individual who can ensure operational efficiency while maintaining exceptional client service, compliance, and performance standards across all departments. As General Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the company’s growth, nurturing strong client relationships, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
You will provide strategic leadership and clear direction to all departments, including Taxation and Client Services, ensuring alignment with the firm’s goals. Managing day-to-day operations will be a core focus, guaranteeing smooth workflows and consistently high client satisfaction. You will establish and monitor financial and operational targets, ensuring these objectives are met or exceeded.

Maintaining uniform performance standards and accountability across the organization will be essential. You will spearhead client relationship management efforts to retain existing clients and actively pursue opportunities to expand the client base. Identifying new business prospects and service enhancements will be critical to sustaining growth.

In addition, you will oversee recruitment processes, staff training programs, and conduct regular performance evaluations to build and maintain a high-performing team. Preparing comprehensive operational and performance reports for the Chairman will be part of your routine responsibilities. Throughout all activities, you must ensure strict confidentiality of company information and internal affairs.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Accounting. Proven experience in leadership roles, team management, and strategic planning is essential. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required to effectively manage internal teams and external client relationships.

Proficiency with management software, computer operations, and office productivity tools is necessary to support operational efficiency. The ability to perform effectively under pressure and lead by example is critical to success in this role.

Work Schedule and Location
This is a full-time, in-person position based at CyberSnoopz (Private) Limited, located at 118-D, Broadway Commercial, DHA Phase 8, Lahore. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation
The monthly salary for this role is Rs60,000.00.
