Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Twitter/Twitch/Discord Sales Specialist to join our energetic team based in Model Colony, Malir, Karachi. This full-time role is ideal for freshers and professionals with up to one year of experience, especially those living in Malir Cantt, Shah Faisal, Saudabad, Kazimabad, Model Colony, Malir 15, Jauhar, or Gulshan areas. The position requires working night shifts from 10 PM to 7 AM and offers a competitive starting salary of Rs. 40,000, along with performance-based bonuses. Female candidates residing near the office will benefit from a pick-and-drop service. Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and engagement across Twitter, Twitch, and Discord platforms by actively reaching out to potential clients and maintaining communication with existing customers. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets, which will qualify you for bonuses and special rewards. Monitoring sales performance and gathering customer feedback to report insights is an essential part of the role. Collaboration with the team to design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to social media audiences is expected. Providing exceptional customer service to foster strong client relationships and enhance brand loyalty is a key focus.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have basic proficiency in written English to communicate effectively. Willingness to work night shifts from 10 PM to 7 AM is mandatory. Preference will be given to individuals residing in or near Karachi, specifically in the mentioned localities. The ability to meet sales targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
