Job Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. The primary focus of this role is to drive lead generation and revenue growth by crafting and implementing effective performance marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with design, content, and sales teams to ensure campaigns meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. Your efforts will be geared towards maximizing lead generation and driving revenue growth.
Develop and manage comprehensive performance marketing strategies that focus on achieving critical targets such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPIs.
Collaborate closely with design and content teams to create and test landing pages and ad copy that are optimized for lead capture and conversion.
Monitor campaign performance daily by analyzing data and extracting actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
Implement marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing strategies designed to enhance customer engagement and increase conversion rates.
Work in partnership with the sales team to align on lead quality, establish lead scoring criteria, and streamline lead hand-off processes to ensure smooth transitions and timely follow-ups.
Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing, platform algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, lead metrics, and return on investment (ROI) to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing multi-channel paid campaigns, specifically on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Hands-on experience in developing and optimizing landing pages and ad copy in collaboration with creative teams.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and lead nurturing techniques to support customer journey progression.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales and creative teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, concise reports and present findings effectively.

We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs120,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and expertise.
