Job Summary
We are a fast-growing e-commerce company managing multiple brands and product lines, dedicated to providing an exceptional online shopping experience through excellent customer service and efficient order management. We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced E-commerce Sales Specialist to manage multi-channel sales and lead our in-house support team. This role demands a proactive leader with a solid background in e-commerce sales and team supervision to ensure smooth customer engagement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
The E-commerce Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and responding promptly to customer inquiries across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and phone calls. You will lead and coordinate the internal sales support team to ensure daily operations run seamlessly. A critical part of the role involves converting incoming leads into confirmed orders while maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions on a daily basis.
Maintaining high customer satisfaction is essential, achieved through proactive support and timely communication. You will work closely with the order processing team to guarantee accurate and timely delivery updates are communicated to customers. Monitoring team performance is another key responsibility, where you will provide training and guidance to improve productivity and service quality.
Additionally, you will assist in developing sales strategies by analyzing customer feedback and staying informed about current market trends to drive growth and enhance customer experience.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must currently reside in Islamabad and be able to reliably commute or relocate to our office in E-11 Markaz before starting. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce sales and team management is required. Strong verbal communication skills in Urdu are essential, while basic proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
Experience in handling customer service through Meta platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and direct phone communication is necessary. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities, strong organizational skills, and effective team coordination.
Job Details
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad. The salary range for this role is between Rs30,000 and Rs60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
