Accounts Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and responsible accounting professional to join our team full-time, working on-site. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience and demonstrate strong financial management capabilities. This role demands a high level of dedication and meticulous attention to detail to ensure precise financial tracking and reporting across the organization. The working hours for this position are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately tracking and recording all financial transactions to maintain up-to-date and reliable financial data. They will perform regular reconciliations of records to guarantee data integrity and consistency. Preparing and presenting financial reports as required by management is a critical part of this role.

Managing costing activities will support budgeting and financial planning efforts, ensuring the organization’s financial resources are optimally allocated. The candidate will also calculate taxes in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining adherence to statutory requirements.

Proficiency in ERP systems is essential, as the role involves utilizing these platforms for efficient financial data management. The candidate will handle data entry tasks related to various financial operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Additionally, managing banking activities such as deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations will be part of the daily responsibilities.

The role may also include undertaking any other relevant tasks assigned by management, requiring flexibility and a proactive approach.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com). A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar accounting or finance role is essential to meet the demands of this position.

Proficiency with ERP software and financial data management tools is required to efficiently handle the responsibilities. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are critical to maintaining accuracy and ensuring compliance.

The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment is necessary to succeed in this role.
