Job Summary
Nexion Corp, a fast-growing software company specializing in cutting-edge digital design solutions, is seeking motivated Front International Sales Representatives to join our Design Unit. This role focuses on outbound cold-calling to expand our global client base and drive international sales growth. The position is based in DHA Phase 5, with working hours from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM to align with key international markets. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in international sales within the design sector and a strong desire to contribute to our ambitious expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
As a Front International Sales Representative, you will lead outbound sales initiatives by crafting persuasive pitches that showcase our innovative digital design products to clients worldwide. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, identifying valuable sales opportunities that support company growth. Building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients is essential; this involves understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations. You will negotiate confidently to close deals and secure contracts, ensuring agreements are mutually beneficial. Maintaining exceptional customer service standards throughout the sales process is critical to providing a smooth and positive client experience.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience in international sales, specifically within the design industry. Excellent command of English is required, with strong communication skills tailored to a diverse global audience. Proficiency in American English accents is highly desirable to better connect with clients.
