Job Summary
A well-established Dubai-based creative agency specializing in commercial and wedding photography, videography, and comprehensive media solutions is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation Manager. This role is designed to strengthen the agency’s footprint within the UAE market. The position is remote, ideally based in Karachi, offering a competitive monthly salary along with commission on closed leads. The working hours align with UAE time (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), with flexibility required to manage urgent client needs beyond regular hours.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads, specifically targeting clients in the UAE. This includes creating custom audience segments and retargeting strategies to maximize reach and engagement. Daily monitoring and optimization of ad performance are essential, involving adjustments to keywords, ad copy, and budget allocations to ensure maximum return on investment.
Generating leads actively is a core part of this role. You will engage in outreach through Facebook and WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn and Instagram direct messaging, cold emailing, and leveraging business directories. Tailoring sales pitches and follow-up communications to convert warm leads into confirmed clients will be critical.
Managing client communications is another key task. This involves initiating calls, scheduling virtual meetings to understand client requirements, proposing customized service packages, and negotiating deals professionally. You will also handle all professional documentation such as quotations, invoices, and service confirmations, ensuring client satisfaction and collecting feedback after service delivery.
In addition to lead generation, you will oversee social media management by creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Maintaining a consistent daily posting calendar and sharing content in relevant groups will help increase brand visibility. Staying updated on social media trends and adjusting content strategies to boost engagement is also expected.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have 3 to 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on Meta and Google Ads, lead generation, and social media strategy. Demonstrated success in lead generation targeting the UAE market is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required, along with strong client handling capabilities, including pitching and closing deals.
Proficiency in preparing quotations, invoices, and follow-up documentation is necessary. Candidates should possess up-to-date knowledge of market trends, algorithm changes, and innovative lead targeting techniques. The ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage urgent client requests professionally is crucial.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Canva, and various social media platforms is expected. Candidates must have access to a laptop with a stable internet connection and a smartphone equipped with WhatsApp Business. Prompt responsiveness and disciplined work habits are mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience marketing wedding or commercial photography services will be an advantage. Familiarity with UAE audience behavior and seasonal marketing trends is preferred. Basic skills in Canva, Adobe tools, or content editing are a plus.
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 65,000 to 75,000, plus commission on closed leads. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UAE time, with Sundays off, although flexibility is required for urgent tasks. Preference will be given to candidates based in Karachi who can reliably commute or are willing to relocate, with relocation support available.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
