Job Summary
The Active Solutions, a rapidly expanding company in the design and development sector, is seeking a talented Upwork Expert to join its sales team. This full-time, on-site position is based in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block-14, Karachi, with night shift hours from 9 pm to 6 am. The primary focus of this role is to generate high-quality leads through the Upwork platform, directly contributing to the company’s growth and success. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs120,000 per month, alongside dollar-based commissions and performance bonuses, providing strong financial incentives for outstanding performance.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential clients and business opportunities on Upwork. This requires a deep understanding of the platform to effectively spot and capitalize on new leads. You will engage with clients professionally, demonstrating excellent negotiation and networking skills to secure new business. Strategic bidding and clear, persuasive communication will be essential to winning projects. Additionally, you will evaluate project requirements, conduct competitive analysis, and develop pricing strategies that enhance the likelihood of success. Presenting the company’s portfolio and past achievements to clients will also be a key part of your role, helping to build trust and showcase the company’s expertise.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. Strong research and analytical abilities are essential to effectively identify and pursue leads. Proven experience in lead generation, proposal writing, and bidding on Upwork projects is required, with a minimum of two years working on the platform. This experience should demonstrate a track record of successfully securing projects and driving sales through Upwork.
