Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for conducting 75-100 cold calls and sending around 45 emails daily to prospective clients. Your goal will be to convert these prospects into Bobtail clients, targeting 10-16 new signups each month. Collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with team members to achieve individual, team, and company-wide objectives.

Managing and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities using Salesforce CRM is critical. You will leverage various sales tools to track progress and improve performance continuously. A deep understanding of each client’s needs, industry context, and competitive landscape will enable you to tailor your approach effectively.

Providing detailed support to prospects by clearly explaining Bobtail’s services is key to building trust. You will nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships to enhance the overall customer experience. Consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle will help maintain engagement and convert leads.

Effectively presenting Bobtail’s value proposition and staying informed about our offerings and industry trends are essential. You will also handle complaints and conduct negotiations professionally, ensuring positive outcomes for both clients and the company.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience in B2B or B2C sales. Relevant knowledge of cloud computing is important, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a strong advantage. The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new web-based technologies is essential.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with confidence in engaging with clients. You must demonstrate a proven ability to identify customer needs and match them with appropriate product solutions. Being self-motivated, driven, and accountable with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset is critical for success in this role.
