Job Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over three years of hands-on experience in accounting, coupled with a master’s degree in accounting or finance. This role demands strong financial analysis skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. The successful candidate must be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are essential to thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare Trial Balances within established deadlines to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Record and enter accounting adjustments and accruals as necessary to maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform thorough reconciliations of Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss accounts to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide support for additional projects as requested by management.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of professional accounting experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Master’s degree in accounting or finance, ensuring a strong theoretical foundation.
- Proven financial analysis capabilities, with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data clearly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage stress while handling multiple assignments in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced expertise in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, requiring minimal supervision to complete tasks efficiently.

Job Type and Compensation
This is a full-time position that also welcomes applications from new graduates who meet the qualifications. The monthly salary for this role is Rs 50,000.
