Job Summary
Based in Karachi, this mid-level legal role is integral to managing all Group Legal and Intellectual Property (L&IP) matters across the company’s global operations, with a primary focus on Pakistan, the Middle East, and Africa. The position requires a collaborative and proactive legal professional who can work effectively within a team, providing guidance to junior members while contributing to strategic initiatives and process improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive advisory support on a wide range of commercial, regulatory, and litigation-related legal matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies, while minimizing legal risks.
- Conduct thorough legal risk assessments and actively participate in refining and optimizing related legal processes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and ensure alignment with legal requirements.
- Mentor and support junior legal team members, fostering their professional development and enhancing overall team capability.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally within corporate or multinational environments.
