Job Summary
Forte Utilities Ltd. is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Agents, both male and female, to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for fresh candidates eager to build their careers in a fast-paced call center environment. Key Responsibilities
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. Meeting and exceeding assigned targets consistently is a critical aspect of this role. You will maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by communicating clearly and effectively, ensuring every interaction aligns with company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be expected to manage your breaks wisely, including a 1.5-hour break during your shift (excluding prayer time), to maintain productivity throughout your working hours.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have completed at least an Intermediate level of education (equivalent to high school completion). A strong willingness to work the specified evening shift from 3 PM to 12 AM is essential. We are particularly interested in individuals who are target-oriented and motivated to achieve and surpass goals. Fresh candidates with a keen interest in developing their skills and growing within the call center industry are highly encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The position offers a competitive starting salary of PKR 30,000 per month. After two months of proven productivity, employees are eligible for a performance-based salary increment of 25%. In addition to the base salary, there is an attractive commission structure that allows for potential earnings up to PKR 150,000, rewarding outstanding performance. Forte Utilities Ltd. also provides monthly and weekly cash rewards to recognize and incentivize exceptional work. Additional performance-based bonuses are available to further encourage excellence.

Employees enjoy Sundays off, along with one paid day off and three paid late shifts per month, supporting a healthy work-life balance. Please note that accommodation and travel allowances are not provided for this role.
