Job Summary
A well-established security firm located near Brooks Chowrangi in the Korangi Industrial Area of Karachi is looking to hire a full-time, in-person Accounts Officer. This position is exclusively open to female candidates who demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle diverse accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with invoicing, ledger maintenance, and accounts receivable management. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential. Key Responsibilities
The Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing the invoicing process efficiently and ensuring all invoices are prepared and issued accurately and on time. Maintaining and updating ledgers is a critical part of the role to keep all financial records current and reliable. The candidate will also oversee accounts receivable activities, which include tracking incoming payments and following up on any outstanding balances to maintain healthy cash flow.
In addition, the role requires regular use of MS Excel for data entry, financial reporting, and analysis to support accounting functions. The Accounts Officer will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold at least a graduate degree and be under the age of 35. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in invoicing, ledger management, and accounts receivable is required.
