Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations and other queries:

Act as a company gatekeeper.
Greet customers warmly and ascertion problem or reason for calling.
Resolve customer complaints via phone or e-mail.
Use telephone line and e-mails to reach out to customers and verify account information.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges.
Advise on Company information.
Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions and assist accordingly.
Attempts to pursuade customer to reconsider cancelation.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
