HR Manager needs to develop HR department and require skillset for below job:
- Operating HR payroll software including Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Processing salaries, advances, loans and leave reimbursement
- Identifying organizational need for effective employee placement
- Develop hiring program to hire new effective employees for all departments after identification
- Formulate yearly appraisal program
- On the floor monitoring and followup of employees with regards to timing, behavior and attitude
- Give training sessions to employees for improving their respective skills
- Any other HR related jd
