We are a rapidly growing company located in unique offices within the heart of Birmingham Pakistan and Vietnam, We are in need of an ambitious HR admin assistant to aid with the recruitment and retention of new and current staff.

Job Responsibility:

To manage Director Media & Social Media daily schedule
To act as the first point of contact
To manage diaries and organize meetings and appointments
To assist in organizing events and conferences
To ensure timely typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
To manage filing systems in soft & hard form (as per requirements)
To implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems
To liaise with staff, contractors and clients
To coordinate with city and regional representatives as per need.
Liaising with the Government / Private Departments.
Good presentation and communication skills
Should have command in MS Office
Other ad hoc duties.
Should be proficient in written and spoken English and Urdu
