Assist Head of HR to develop a recruitment and selection plan to attract and maintain a well-qualified, diverse applicant pool.
Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
Plan and conduct orientation, training and development of employees.
Update competencies and skill level charts of all employees.
Identify staff development and training needs and recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses based on TNA.
Conducts training sessions, workshops, conferences, and seminars when required.
Performance Management and Improvement System.
Monitoring of Performance Appraisals including mid year reviews.
Organise monthly Employee of the Month.
Assist Head of HR in building-up of healthy and sustainable company culture based on core values and code of ethics.
Maintain continuous liaison and communication with officers and supervisors to address work performance problems.
Serve as a Human Resource Liaison with department(s) to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships.
Assist/Advise Head of HR on employee relations matters such as performance evaluations, compensation and discipline.
Conduct inquiries where required.
Grievance handling.
Update job descriptions of existing employees and develop JDs for new assignments.
Manage payroll for the complete project
