We are looking for a Junior Blockchain Developer with up to one year of experience to join our team at our office in Bahria Town, Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This is a full-time, onsite role with working hours from 4 PM to 12 AM, Monday through Saturday. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Web 3.0 and blockchain technology, bringing creativity and enthusiasm to the development of innovative decentralized applications. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to 40,000.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop decentralized blockchain applications and protocols. Write, test, and maintain smart contracts using Solidity or similar programming languages. Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate blockchain solutions into existing applications. Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of blockchain infrastructure. Conduct ongoing research to stay updated on the latest blockchain technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications
Experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or others is essential. Proficiency in smart contract programming languages like Solidity or equivalent is required. A solid understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and fundamental blockchain concepts is necessary. Candidates should have specialized knowledge of ERC-20 tokens and their custom functionalities. Expertise in developing ICO (Initial Coin Offering) and presale contracts, including implementing vesting schedules, is highly valued. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are important. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
