MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

The purpose of this position is to support J&S Corporation Group in creating a flexible and agile work environment and continusly improving the employee experience. We are looking to hire individual in HR Performance Innovation team having strong analytical and research skills.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Continuous research and study regarding various processes with key insight to bring efficiency in the HR current processes.
  • Implementation and efficient roll out of task management projects and initiatives.
  • Responsible for developing content in alignment with company culture and industry best practices related to task management activities.
  • Generating implementable ideas for workforce agility & task management related interventions, software’s and tools while ensuring market intelligence and best practices complementing hybrid work environment model.
  • Support in creating strategies and programs to organize team’s efficiency with key insight to various interventions for effective time and task management.
  • Support in developing performance monitoring guidelines for effective and quality Monthly / Bi-monthly Performance check ins.
  • Responsible for follow up and continuous improvement of task management related processes and projects.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Qualification: Professional degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or Project Management

Experience: 3 - 5 years in HR or relevant experience

Skills: 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and come up with effective solutions to problems
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment from various stakeholders to ensure movement towards organizational goals
