Major responsibilities will include:

Handling, operating and installation of IT equipment including Computers, Laptops, Multimedia Projectors/LCDs, Printers, Copiers and Scanners etc.
Strong knowledge of windows OS, Printer and scanner drivers, system software applications i.e. Office, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.
Setting up hardware and software and applications as and when required
Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Installing and maintaining various peripherals as well as installing relevant updates and patches.
Handling customer and colleague queries regarding networks, systems and applications, often through a help desk.
Various ongoing dat to day tasks such as asset management, recordkeeping, checking and proofreading content, data entry, database maintenances
Assisting in purchasing of IT Equipment and supplies
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
