Job Summary: The Sales Officer at Jubilee Life Insurance plays a critical role in driving the company's growth by acquiring new customers and expanding the customer base. The primary objective of this role is to meet sales targets, generate revenue, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Execute sales strategies to achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall company's growth. Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Customer Acquisition: Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, referrals, networking, and organizing sales events. Convert leads into loyal customers by presenting the benefits and features of the insurance products.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer retention and promote cross-selling opportunities.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Jubilee Life Insurance's product offerings, including life insurance plans, investment-linked products, and other financial solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings.
Sales Presentations: Conduct professional and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, both individually and in group settings. Address customer queries and objections effectively to secure new business.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Training and Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and personal growth.

Requirements:

Education: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in sales or the insurance industry is an advantage but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective customer engagement and sales presentations.
Persuasion Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to influence potential customers and close sales deals successfully.
Target-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve sales targets within defined timelines.
Customer-Focused: A customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships with clients.
