We are looking for a Junior Flutter Developer to join our on-site team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have between one and two years of experience in mobile application development using Flutter and Dart. This position is suited for someone passionate about creating high-quality, cross-platform mobile apps and who is flexible to work night shifts. The role involves close collaboration with design and development teams, with a strong focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Work closely with design and development teams to implement intuitive and user-friendly features.
- Participate actively in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and consistency.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code to ensure long-term project sustainability.
- Debug, test, and optimize application performance to provide a smooth and responsive user experience.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Flutter development.
- Strong proficiency in the Dart programming language.
- Experience working effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts as required by the project schedule.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Job Type and Compensation
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi.
- The monthly salary range for this role is Rs50,000 to Rs70,000.
