American Lyceum International School is looking for enthusiastic Junior Teachers to join their educational team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering well-structured lessons using visual and audio tools to support student learning. They will provide personalized instruction to foster interactive learning, regularly assess student progress, and maintain an organized and welcoming classroom environment. Collaboration with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders is a key part of the role, along with active participation in meetings. Additionally, Junior Teachers will plan and implement both indoor and outdoor educational activities to enrich the overall student experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clear and comprehensive lessons utilizing various visual and audio aids to enhance understanding.
- Provide individualized instruction that encourages active participation and engagement from each student.
- Regularly assess and document student progress, maintain accurate records, and offer constructive feedback and grading.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers, parents, and other stakeholders, attending scheduled meetings to discuss student development and school initiatives.
- Plan and execute educational activities and events both inside and outside the classroom to promote student engagement and enrichment.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Excellent organizational abilities and a committed approach to teaching responsibilities.
- Creativity and enthusiasm to design engaging lesson plans and activities that motivate students.
