We are seeking candidates who will the following post for coordinating the pilot activities of JICA technical cooperation project.

1. Development of training program 

1) Collecting comments and feedbacks from various stakeholders for the project team to revise, finalize the training curriculum as well as training module and material to be aligned with a partiner vocational school

2) Arranging, facilitating, and attending TOT training of pilot activities.

3) Supporting and advising the project team to develop final examination.

4) Attending and observing all training sessions with the project team for collecting information such as reactions of trainees, good practices, lessons learnt and challenges for improving the training program.

5) Supporting the project team to enhance capacity development of trainers to be able to conduct the training sessions.

2. Monitoring and evaluation of the pilot activities

1) Monitoring project activities and providing necessary assistance as well as coordination for smooth implementation.

2) Coordination and support for holding official meetings of the Project including Pilot Project Coordination Committee (“PPCC”)

3) Supporting the project team and a partner school to jointly conduct assessment of attainment for students for each module. 

4) Supporting the project team to evaluate effectiveness of the training program.

3. Coordination and administration

1) Coordination with counterpart officials related to project management and implementation.

2) Attending meetings, collecting information and negotiating with relevant individuals and organizations required for project implementation.

3) Interpretation and translation of local language into English and vice versa, when necessary.

4) Coordination with the project team for payment and procurement under a supervision and guidance of the project members.

5) Coordination and logistic arrangement including meeting appointments, preparation of meetings, workshops, drafting letters and so on.

6) Maintain equipment, materials, offices and documents in good order 

7) Keeping good communication with the Project team in Karachi and Sukkur for coordination
