We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the organization and ensuring that all financial statements are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure that all financial statements are prepared accurately and in accordance with accounting principles and standards
  • Record journal entries, Bank reconciliations, verifying accounts ledgers, and other financial documents
  • Prepare financial reports and provide analysis to support decision-making by senior management
  • Maintain and update accounting records and systems as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QB)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
