Operations Manager

Kalon Couture is a fashion technology company that develops advanced mobile body scan and virtual fitting technology, allowing online shoppers to virtually try on clothing with their personal 3D avatars before purchase, eliminating typical sizing/fitting concerns and reducing sales returns/exchanges.

Since inception, we have secured USD1.2M+ funding, including investment from one of the largest listed apparel companies in Hong Kong and various government sponsorships. We have office in Hong Kong, Guangzhou and London, now expanding to Lahore and preparing for our official launch in Q2 2019. Kalon is all set to revolutionise the fashion industry!

Your Role:

Work as the country manager for our Hong Kong based company, mange multiple projects and business development in Pakistan.

Monitor project timeline and liaise with vendors
Proactively engage business partners and other startups for collaboration opportunities
Manage day-to-day operations of the office
Prepare presentation material / collaboration proposals
Meet investors and conduct pitching
Recruit talents
Plan and execute strategies
Directly reporting to group CEO, assist CEO with relevant administrative tasks

Requirements:

- Excellent spoken and written English is a MUST (IELTs min. overall 7, ideally 7.5-8)

- Degree in English Language preferred

- Exceptional business sense

- Outgoing and optimistic personality

- Ladies are preferred as our fashion business focus on womenswear
