Manage and prioritize bug reports or bug tickets from internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to the constant improvement of long-term automated testing strategy
Write and execute both functional and non-functional tests based on the use cases
Test by the perspective of an end-user, testing in various conditions and settings for different devices and platforms
Develop test strategies for automation of all use cases.
Work with the product team to strategize quality assurance within the sprints, develop a test plan and deliver high quality builds on time
Review existing QA processes, suggesting and implementing improvements
Align and collaborate with the rest of the developers and quality team to improve the overall quality of our products
Contribute positively to our software projects, to improve our test suite and other quality aspects of the platform
Be part of an agile and creative team and work closely with them to ensure our product has a high quality

Must Have

3+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance roles
2+ years experience with automation testing including writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases and conducting testing of integrations and end-to-end system processes (JavaScript) or backend in big scale projects
Experience in manual testing (explorative and destructive) as well as automated testing
Knowledge of different deployment environments and how to keep track of testing results of each
Ability to get a quick grasp of large-scale technical platform
Passion for quickly shipping innovative features that are simultaneously reliable
Good communications skills and the ability to handle different stakeholders
Excellent programming and Analytical skills.

Good to Have

Experience in JSON/XML, Javascript/CSS, REST/SOAP integrations and Process Builder
Hands on with cypress.io, nightwatch, selenium or runscope
Experience with Jenkins CI/CD or other CI/CD tools and agile methodologies.
Willingness to seek out and learn from new ideas and concepts in the field of software quality assurance
