We are seeking a skilled AI Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence solutions that solve real-world problems.
At Strategy Ladders, we build intelligent, autonomous systems to help companies grow faster, scale smarter, and automate the painful stuff — the way modern businesses should operate. As an AI Agent Developer, you won’t just write code. You’ll design minds. You’ll build autonomous agents that interact with live data sources, CRMs, cloud tools, and business-critical workflows.
You will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and collaborate closely with the Project Manager to scope, deliver, and iterate on agent capabilities across internal and client-facing projects.
This is a hands-on role for builders. You’ll experiment, iterate, break things (safely), and ship fast. You’ll be part of a nimble team with full ownership and serious impact.
What You’ll Do
You’ll build intelligent agents that:
Integrate with real-world systems — CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), data warehouses (Snowflake), and APIs
Have memory, reasoning, and task automation capabilities using vector DBs and orchestration tools
Run via low/no-code platforms (e.g. Relevance AI, n8n) and Python-based backends
Leverage LLMs like OpenAI GPT-4, Claude, and Gemini
Use Python and SQL to build pipelines and business logic
Support internal and client-facing workflows and use cases
You’ll also:
Design and optimize multi-step automation workflows
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and ops
Contribute to architectural decisions around agent scalability and performance
Write prompts, system messages, and memory logic that help agents reason
What We’re Looking For
This is for you if you have:
2–3 years of hands-on experience developing AI-powered or automation systems
Fluency in Python (for backend, APIs, automation logic)
Solid SQL skills for manipulating and integrating data
Experience working with RESTful APIs, and ideally, GraphQL
Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
Practical experience using Relevance AI, n8n, or similar low/no-code tools
Strong understanding of LLMs (OpenAI GPT-4, Claude, Gemini)
Comfort with prompt engineering: system prompts, tool calls, embeddings
Ability to think about workflows holistically: where AI fits in, where it doesn’t
A bias for action — prototype fast, validate, and improve
Clear communication skills and experience working remotely with distributed teams
Requirements
A portfolio or detailed examples of AI agents, automation workflows, or intelligent systems you’ve built — this is required and will be discussed during interviews
