Job Description:
• Receive and Promptly Respond to Customer Queries via chat
• Document Issues and Resolutions
• Learn About New Products and Services
• Develop Customer Service Solutions
• Previous experience on live chat software (such as Zendesk Chat, Kayako, Front, or Nextiva)
• Chat with multiple customers at one time
• Handle all types of customer queries and complaints
• Prompt handling of all customer queries
• Be courteous and detail oriented in giving all product options to customers
Requirements:
• Good written and verbal communication
• Strong in using desktop computer
• Good typing speed on computer
• Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
