Duties & Responsibilities:

Support the achievement of the company’s sales & business objectives by providing inventory control, product database management and supply chain support the company’s Operations Team.
Retrieve, format and prepare all new or updated pricing lists.
Process daily product receiving from warehouse and allocate to pending sales orders accurately.
Generate master purchase orders to vendors in accordance with purchasing guidelines
Manage inventory supply successfully to ensure Delivery Standards are consistently met.
Forward all PDF and electronic documents to the warehouse.
Log, investigate and follow up on inventory discrepancy issues.
Complete inventory adjustments as necessary.
Work with the warehouse and vendors to resolve receiving / shipping / inventory / returns issues in a timely manner.
Conduct inventory reconciliation every two weeks.
Complete return file processing.
Set up new items in Great Plains.
Review min/max levels, aged inventory, weekly/monthly inventory carrying value, monthly inventory carrying costs and turns, as well as economic order quantities.
Answer internal customer inquiries related to inventory arrival.
Provide back-up for Order & Product Management team as needed (other teams if necessary).
Complete daily tasks as per Standard Operating Procedures, additional tasks/projects as assigned by Manager and advise Manager of any process changes.
