KBM Group is an international “Group of Companies” offering range of services to Pakistan, UK and other European clients in various sectors such as Accountancy, Consultancy, Education, Training and Recruitment.

The role

· This exciting role comprises of using CRM, collecting and maintaining client’s data, sending email campaigns, outbound and inbound phone calls, selling KBM Group services to potential clients. Achieving monthly targets as per set KPI’s. Reporting to their line manager on daily basis. There is huge scope to progress from TSR to Managerial level within short period of time. Full training will be provided. Good basic plus handsome bonus incentives for the right candidate.

· KBM is looking for an experienced, reliable and efficient (TSR) agents with good command in English language. Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills most desirable.

Job Description

Making outbound calls and setting appointments/Live Transfers/sales for our clients
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Communicating with customers through various channels e.g. email, phone, chat etc.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Schedule appointments, process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout and provide professional customer support.
Lead generation, rapport building, and closing skills
Flexible to work day shifts on permanent basis i.e. 02:00pm -10:00pm (Mon-Sat)
Identify candidate’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Build sustainable relationships and engage candidates by taking the extra mile.
