Control the parts/Material consumption of Inverters, Generators and batteries in coordination with parts management team. Conduct orientation / training programs of newly hired staff in power appliances division. Devise strategies to achieve after sale service targets in consultation of National Service Manager. Assist NSM in forecasting spare parts, future targets, follow up complaints with service centres to achieve customer satisfaction. Review Job descriptions, proof of warranty cards and leaflets. Assist NSM to Plan strategies, procedures and policies.
