- Perform structural analysis and design for mid-rise and high-rise residential and commercial buildings
- Use ETABS and SAFE software for modeling and analysis of structures
- Conduct detailed structural design and ensure drafting in compliance with building codes and industry standards
- Interpret and apply relevant building codes and standards, including UBC-97, ASCE 7 and ACI-314, ACI-318 in the design process
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, architects, and clients to ensure the effective implementation of designs
- Review and prepare technical documentation, including reports, calculations, and drawings. Prepare and review technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Prepare and review ETABS, SAP & SAFE Models
- Lead structural design and analysis of high-rise elements, including core walls, slabs, foundations, and lateral systems
- Ensure structural integrity, stability, and safety throughout all phases of the project
- Collaborate closely with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and project managers to coordinate structural solutions
- Perform and review detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and structural simulations
- Prepare and review construction drawings, shop drawings, and structural documentation
- Conduct on-site inspections, resolve structural issues, and ensure compliance with building codes and QA/QC standards
- Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and structural standards
- Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers
