We are looking for a motivated and professional telecaller based in Pakistan to make outbound calls to UK businesses. Your main goal will be to identify suppliers or sellers of Grade E and F category used mobile phones.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to UK businesses using a UK virtual phone number (VoIP).
Use a provided call script to introduce our company and explain the product interest clearly.
Identify and qualify businesses that supply Grade 3 and F phones (used/damaged phones).
Record lead information accurately in Google Sheets or CRM.
Follow up on potential leads as instructed.
Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all calls.
Provide daily call reports and updates.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills, clear UK accent or near-native fluency preferred.
Previous experience in outbound telecalling, lead generation, or sales calls is highly desirable.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
Reliable internet connection and ability to use VoIP calling software.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Work Hours: Flexible, but overlap with UK business hours (ideally 9 AM to 5 PM UK time).
