We are looking for a full-time, reliable, dedicated, and remote Digital Marketing Team Lead. You will be part of an ethical organization with a start-up mentality that values you and only focuses on halal earnings. Thus, your job will be diverse but focus on creating value for the organization and its clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the digital marketing team
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Set clear goals, ensuring team members are aligned with overall company objectives.
Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies in line with organizational goals.
Collaborate with partners to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the team is at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, search engines, email, etc.).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
Ensure high-quality and engaging content is consistently produced across digital channels.
Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic.
Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Encourage continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing with leadership roles
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great grip on Digital Marketing concepts (SEO, SMM, SEM, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Lead generation)
Creative Mindset
IT knowledge or Background (Marketing of IT services, software & products) is mandatory.

Work Environment:

Full-time remote job
8 hours per day from 12 PM to 9 PM PST (Monday to Friday)
