JWe are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Data Analyst and Customer Service Specialist. This role will involve analyzing customer data to derive insights and trends while also providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

  • Utilize advanced Excel functions including macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other formulas to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze customer data using statistical techniques and software tools.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data to inform business decisions and improve customer experience.
  • Develop reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Customer Service:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media channels.
  • Provide product information, resolve issues, and address customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and empathetic support.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and product development, to address customer needs and improve overall service.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in data analysis and customer service operations.
  • Recommend and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Document procedures and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree.
  2. Proven experience (1-3 years) in advance excel.
  3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in excel analytics.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  8. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
  9. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is desirable.
  10. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Position Type: Full-time, remote.
