Making and receiving calls
Calling clients retrieving their data and maintaining data base
Calling clients and building rapport with them
Setting up meetings with schools and assist the sales and marketing department with their appointments
General Calls for the office
For Males Customer relationship officers the job is outdoor and they must have a bike. CROs have to develop relationship with customers by visiting them.
Making daily visit plans
Visiting clients retrieving their data and maintaining data base
Visting clients and building rapport with them
Setting up meetings with schools and achieve sales targets with their appointments.
General visits

Candidates must be:
