Kinectro Technology Solution and Services is looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategy for our clients in order to increase their online presence and improve their marketing and sales efforts.

Key Criteria:

Develop creative and engaging Content for all social media channels such as Instagram,, Facebook,LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
Set targets to increase brand awareness, customer engagement etc.
Ability To use social media management tools like buffer, Hootsuite etc.
Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms.
Define most important social media KPIs
Provide assistance during social media live sessions.
Recommend improvements to increase performance.
Stay up-to-date with new social media trends.
Adhere to rules and regulations
Undertake audience research.
Analyze competitor activity

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations or related field.
Minimum 2 years of Experience with brands.

Compensation and benefits:

Salary ranging from 50K-70K
20 Annual Casual and sick leaves
