A mainstream multi-national travel agency with offices in Mississauga, Canada and Lahore, Pakistan is looking for an experienced Ticketing Officer to be based at Siddiq Centre, Gulberg, Lahore office. The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience.

At least 2 years’ experience in the Travel Industry.
Ticketing experience on Sabre.
Knowledge to reissue tickets.
Phase 4 ticketing knowledge.
Thorough knowledge of airline ticketing rules & regulations.
Knowledge of airline fare structures.
Possess skills in using third-party Internet-based applications.
Clear, articulate oral and written communication skills.
Lahore-based with fluency in Urdu and English.
Ability to develop and maintain good business relations with airlines and corporate agents.
Passionate about exceptional customer service.
Able to multitask in a friendly fast paced environment.
This is a full time position.

Salary Package: 40,000/- to 50,000/- + Commission
