WINSTORE is looking for a service minded Vendor Experience Manager for our team in Pakistan.

This is a pivotal role at the heart of the WINSTORE business. The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing Product Management and Vendor Management Team in a retail or manufacturing company with a strong knack for data. The role is based in Lahore, Pakistan and will report to Managing Director.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

Managing the product and vendor sides on WINSTORE.
Assortment and depth on inventory on WINSTORE.
Vendor negotiations and maintaining an optimal gross margins on all categories.
Maintaining healthy vendor relationship and growth of vendors.
Building new contacts with potential vendors to create new business opportunities.
Following best market practices, guidelines and procedures for vendor acquisition.
Managing communications between key vendors and internal teams.
Strategic planning to improve vendor results.
Developing and implementing a comprehensive vendor retention strategy.
Working on ensuring best vendor performance metrics.
Developing and implementing strategy to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through product availability.
Ensuring a transparent, understandable and timely invoicing system for vendors.
Developing KPI dashboards, reports and presentations to align monthly business goals.
Working across teams to continually eliminate unnecessary processes and continually implement new ways to enhance the Vendor Experience.
Identifying vendor and order growth bottlenecks and execute strategic requirements for sustainable future growth.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of working experience with a Bachelors/Master’s degree preferably in a business.
Strong communication, presentation and organization skills.
Ability to reduce complex and complicated information into clear ideas.
Bias toward action and constant push for clarity and execution.
High-growth operations or start-up experience is strongly preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management, consensus building, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Experience working within the e-commerce industry/start-up environment is a plus.
