All the packing staff of flight kitchen production team will report to production AM for smooth wrapping of food and its labeling.
Supervision of Inventory control of cold rooms and maintenance of FIFO systems.
Will manage stacking of meals in cold rooms as per defined protocols and as per ISO requirements.
Food safety and Hygiene of cold rooms to be maintained in coordination with QA and production staff.
Flight loads of airlines to be executed when received from catering officer by making production plans and proper execution of production plans.
Flight loads will be handed over by catering officer received from Airlines.
Supervise packing/ wrapping process.
To investigate customer complaints in detail along with QA staff for its closure.
Compliance of ISO procedures, policies, work instructions and related records including temperature controls to be finally checked by QA.
To maintain all production records/ logs and to comply with the requirements of production plans this is made in accordance with the requirements of flights.
Handing over of proper inventory of food prepared for airlines/ bakery outlets to relevant department and relevant records to be made.
Reports to Bakery/ flight Kitchen Production Managers day to day issues.
To control food waste by defining standards of product wastage and raw material wastage.
To control food raw material issuance against production plans and daily production requirements.
Issuance of labels of food products as per defined airlines protocols in relationship with QA.
