Knowledge of all food safety standards that are customary within the food industry and mandated by government regulations.
Train quality assurance employees and oversee manufacturing and production processes.
To study and understand quality plans, work instructions and maintain quality records, also to suggest recommendations and modifications in Quality plans, Work instructions and formats of ISO forms.
Assist QAM in HACCP and ISO documentation.
To run and monitor all activities of HACCP.
Monitor and manage Incoming, In process and final Inspection and Testing in accordance with the Quality Plans and documented procedures.
Preparation and implementation of Quality parameters & Design Plans in collaboration with QAM.
Responsibility for ensuring that food meet standards set by both companies and regulatory authorities.
Record Keeping of all Quality documents on daily basis and ensure sustainable implementation of HACCP guidelines and ISO standards.
Ensure Sustainable implementation of Standardized Product Recipes.
Make schedule and conduct Staff training program regarding food safety.
Raw Material integrity check on daily basis and maintain their integrity record.
Supervise Assistants.
Assist QAM in Research and Development Activity

We are also extending our business arma in Event Catering, Frozen Foods, and our "KC on the Go" outlets at leading Petrol stations in different cities.
