Develop sales plans, activities, and campaigns and manage the day-to-day activities of a sales team for achieving the sales target. A month end Sales Variance Analysis Report shall be submitted to Manager Sales.
Monitor sales volume, revenues, and cost against forecasts to identify problem areas. Assistant Manager Sales (ASM) shall prepare a detailed Stock Count Analysis Report.
ASM shall ensure that all bakery outlets are performing day end activities which include performing physical stock count ,cash counts,reconciliation of stock with inventory limits assigned; identification and adjustment of differences if any
Performing IPOS related tasks as communicated by IT department;
Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, and customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.
A month end report on promotional activities executed by Sales team to Manager Sales on monthly basis.
Conduct market analysis & Identify business opportunities & help in designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands KC’s customer base.
The analysis shall be shared with Head office on monthly basis;
Responsible for brand promotion.
Consistently monitor product and waste costs to remain within cost budget.
Analyzing statistics and data to maintain revenue, profitability and quality targets of all locations.
Monitor customer service standards against the standards set by KC.
Maintain knowledge about existing products of the bakeries and be informed on the new products;
Should be well informed about the ingredients of the products and ensure that the sales staff is informed as well;
Monitoring the quality of the products and services provided. Analyzing standards and quality records to certify compliance with company policies and product specifications
To pay special attention to on-floor training on maintaining hygiene, workflow and courteous customer service to sales staff working at assigned bakery outlets
Responsible for overseeing & highlighting the overall operational issues (including administration, maintenance, security etc) and business performance of all the outlets and reporting to the relevant departments;

In 1988, Kitchen Cuisine started with only a handful of products selling from one location. Two products – the chocolate fudge cake and our signature cheese cake were an instant hit – becoming our claim to fame. We currently operate three restaurants under the KC Grill brand name, with additional restaurants in the pipeline. We are also the leading In-Flight Catering services provider in Pakistan, currently operating from Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad and Sialkot Airports. We are also extending our business arma in Event Catering, Frozen Foods, and our "KC on the Go" outlets at leading Petrol stations in different cities.
