· To achieve growth and hitting sales targets, as assigned by the management, through successful sales team management.

· Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. Splitting the plans from weekly to monthly time spans.

· Managing focused sales, coaching/training of team, performance monitoring and controlling of sales representatives.

· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by delivering them excellent sales and after sales service while understanding their needs.

· To Present sales, revenue and expenses monthly reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

· Set individual sales targets with sales team and follow up to ensure achievement.

· Liaise with other company functional areas to ensure achievement of overall sales objectives.

· Generate monthly sales reports, develop pricing schedules and rates in coordination with finance.

· Conduct market research, competitors identification and customer analysis.

· Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.
