E commerce Specialist / Online Marketing Expert

To support overall growth and uptake of E-Commerce projects
Optimization and commercial viability of online sale of tangible products (Mobile Broadband Devices and Handsets etc), non-tangible products (Online Shop for bundlespromotionspackages subscriptions) and online payments solution for the same
Strategic partnerships with payment providers (Banks, MFS Players etc.), Market places (E-Commerce Stores), Logistics provider (Courier etc.) as per business requirement •
Contract Management; RFP, PR, PO, Legal process compliance for vendor on boarding and its management •
Financial Management; Budget Forecasting its management and utilization, payments to vendors and periodic financial reconciliation •
End-to-end User experience mapping to improve overall customer journey and increase usability of online platforms and E-Commerce products
Working closely with all internal and external parties for smooth execution of all projects/campaigns/on boarding
Design and execute marketing campaigns for customers
Working closely with the Products, S&D, Finance, Technical and Customer Care teams for managing day to day operations
Develop comprehensive financials/business cases and secure relevant approvals • Responsible for daily business reporting /analysis and dashboards for E-Commerce projects
