  • Your focus will be on expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic sales initiatives, leveraging platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and others.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and markets to generate leads for new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Proposal Creation and Presentation: Prepare compelling sales proposals and presentations to showcase our products/services and demonstrate value to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, address objections, and successfully close sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of online freelance platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and others.
