An ideal candidate is responsible for:

i) Research and refer good quality vendors

ii) Float the inquiries for quotations.

iii) Visit the market for quotations - as and when required.

iv) Process the user demands in effecient manner.

v) Assist the In-charge in day to day working.

vi) Prepare the purchase orders

vii) Follow up with the suppliers for delivering of goods and services.

viii) Review quality of purchased products.

ix) Coordinate with warehouse and end user to identify the issues (if any) and resolve it.

x) Attend seminars/exhibitions/trainings to stay up to date with industry trends.
