We are seeking an experienced Building Inspector, with experience in Housing Society for Wah-based project.
- Fuel, Food, Accommodation, Medical, Insurance, Paid Leaves will be provided.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in inspecting and evaluating buildings for compliance with codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, MS Office and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of local government building bylaws and standards.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain drawing databases.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to identify potential issues.
- Ability to communicate inspection results clearly to stakeholders.
- Bachelors in Civil, or DAE Associate's degree or a related field is required.
