To maintain the record of material receipts, issuance, and stock.
To generate PRs (Purchase Requisitions), prepare GRNs (Good Receive Notes).
Responsible for the staking, coding, and binning of main store material and maintaining its record.
Responsible for all kinds of documentation related to the department, approvals and maintaining the record.
Examine the levels of inventory to determine the shortage and raise the demands to maintain the stock levels as per requirements.
To keep close coordination with procurement for the purchase of required material.
To process the return of defective items.
Receives store deliveries, maintains and updates the records and reports the variances (if any).

Job Requirements:

4-5 Years or above experience of working in a store department mainly with the construction industry or maintaining inventories of groceries
Candidates with a matriculation certificate or above can apply.
