Summary of Role:

This position is responsible for successful execution of creative work in campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

To manage end to end creative sides of campaigns including chowk, floats, BQS (Bus Queue Shelters) & hoardings.
Responsible for permissions, installations, fabrications, generators and removal of creatives
Checking the designing of all creative parts to their eventual printing and handing over to the vendors.
Taking follow ups from vendors.
Quality assurance in terms of checking the frames.
Quality assurance in creatives.
Rectifications in any form, after the campaign has been executed.

· Installations regarding the campaign.

· Coordination with the overall supply chain.

Role Specific Competencies:

Skills:

Expert in taking follow ups
Effective communication (intra company and inter companies; vendors etc.) to ensure a smooth flow of work.
Decision making ability.
Creativity to make alterations instantaneously, as per client needs.

· A deep understanding of the customer needs.

Experience:

6-8 years in operations (specifically with regard to campaign execution).

Education:

Preferably a bachelor / Master degree in marketing

Behaviours & Attributes:

Ability to establish effective networks with clients and vendors.
Ability to channelize the resources to make a productive use for the campaigns.
Time management.
Flexible approach
